- Competitive Salaries - Participation in national and local salary surveys allow us to stay competitive in our industry.
- Retirement Plan - Employee contributions may begin immediately. Employer contributions start immediately.
- Bonus Incentive Plan - Developed as an incentive to achieve and potentially surpass current year financial and project objectives. Employees are eligible to receive a bonus based upon achievement of the company's "Combined Performance Measures" at the end of the year.
- Insurance Benefits - Offers reasonable premiums and comprehensive coverage.
- Medical Benefits - Two plans to choose from with the flexibility to use as an HMO or PPO.
- Dental Benefits - Two plans to choose from. A broad network offers additional savings.

- Vacation - Employees are eligible for 10 days of annual vacation after one year of uninterrupted service. Vacation balances increase with service.
- Holidays - Employees are eligible for eleven holidays per year.
- Personal Leave - Hourly employees accrue Personal Leave to use when they need to be absent from work due to illness, injury or personal business.
- Good Health Incentive - Incentive paid in January for sick hours not used during the previous year or employees have the option to carry over hours to the next year. Applies to hourly employees only.
- Educational Assistance - Financial assistance available for approved courses that will improve the individual's skills for their current job or a position they may be advancing toward within the company. There is no lifetime maximum and support is offered for various degree programs.
- Additional Benefits - Numerous recognition programs, rewards and fringe benefits reward and recognize employee contributions to our success. They include
- Recognition Award Plan - Rewards special achievements and employee performance beyond established departmental standards by an employee and/or team.
- Patent Awards - Rewards employees for their contribution of patentable inventions.
- Service Award Program - Recognition system that honors employees based on their length of service.
- Employee Assistance Program - Provides confidential, professional assistance to help employees and eligible dependents resolve problems. Participation is voluntary and confidential. Limited services are free to the employee and immediate family members.

- Referral Pay - $250 for non-exempt positions and $1000 for exempt positions when referring someone who successfully completes the 90-day introductory period.
