Needle Entry and Exit Sites for Variable Heart Valve Positioning

	Atrial Positioning
Needle enters at bottom of cuff and exits at the midline of the cuff.
	Intra-annular Positioning
Needle enters at bottom of cuff and exits at the top of the cuff, gathering most of the cuff material.
	Sub-annular Positioning
Needle enters at midline of cuff and exits at the top of the cuff.
By varying needle entry and exit sites, the valve can be optimally positioned according to surgeon preference and patient indications.
